• Minimum number of nights is two, otherwise there is a surcharge for only one night
• Cancellation policy applies
• Non-indoor smoking policy applies
• A 50% deposit payment is required prior to a booking being confirmed
• The balance of the payment is required 14 days before arrival
• Payment : Cash or Internet Transfers only

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a cancellation occur the following conditions will apply:

Less than 7 days – Forfeit Full Fee

7-14 days   – Forfeit 75%

15-21 days – Forfeit 50%

21-180 days – Forfeit 25%

180 days plus – Forfeit 10%
